About Euronext Corporate Solutions

Corporate Solutions is Euronext’s rapidly expanding SaaS division. We build and operate platforms that help over 5,000 companies, both public and private, streamline governance, investor relations, regulatory compliance, and corporate communications.

Corporate Solutions has been growing at double-digit rates since 2020, reaching €100m in revenue in 2025. Our team of 350+ professionals design and run SaaS products trusted daily by boards, executives, and advisors.

The Role

As Lead Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in the Platform Engineering & Tech Operations teams that underpins all Euronext Corporate Solutions products. Your focus will be on ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-quality platform infrastructure, shared services, and tools. You’ll work at the intersection of architecture, operations, and engineering leadership - supporting teams, collaborating closely with product groups, and helping shape how we build and maintain our SaaS platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Creation and implementation of systems that optimize software development and infrastructure management.

  • Define, govern, and promote enterprise-wide platform standards, engineering best practices, CI/CD frameworks, and reusable platform capabilities to improve productivity, consistency, security, and time-to-market.

  • Own and evolve the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) strategy, Golden Paths, engineering guardrails, and self-service capabilities to enable scalable and secure software delivery across all product teams.

  • Provide innovative solutions to enable standardization, improved productivity, efficiency, and time-to-market.

  • Develop and maintain platform engineering documentation, standards, reference architectures, and operational procedures.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in development, test, and production environments.

  • Collaborate closely with development, operations, security, and architecture teams to ensure smooth workflows and alignment with enterprise standards.

  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical reviews to design scalable, secure, and resilient application platforms.

  • Monitor and track the performance, reliability, capacity, and cost efficiency of environments and platform services.

  • Debug and optimize code, automate tasks, and eliminate repetitive manual activities through engineering solutions.

  • Lead platform adoption initiatives and support engineering teams in implementing enterprise platform standards and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have most of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 8 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering, including experience defining enterprise-wide platform standards, CI/CD frameworks, and developer platform capabilities.

  • Strong experience with AWS and GitLab in large-scale enterprise environments.

  • Significant experience with version control, configuration management, software delivery, and deployment automation (e.g., Git, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, Terraform).

  • Proven experience defining and governing enterprise-wide platform engineering standards, best practices, and reference architectures across multiple product and development teams.

  • Strong experience designing and operating Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud-native application environments.

  • Experience implementing observability stacks and reliability practices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, SLOs/SLAs, incident management, and operational excellence).

  • Experience building and operating Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) using tools such as Backstage, Crossplane, or similar platform orchestration frameworks.

  • Experience designing and operating Golden Paths, reusable templates, shared platform services, and self-service developer capabilities.

  • Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability management, secrets management, software supply chain security, policy-as-code, and compliance automation.

  • Experience with platform governance, engineering KPIs, DORA metrics, developer productivity initiatives, and continuous improvement frameworks.

  • Proficiency in English is a must.
