Role OverviewRealSelf is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own our external paid advertising and internal brand advertising programs. Taking on this role means owning the strategy all the way through hands-on execution, optimizing campaigns for performance and ROAS.Reporting to the Data Analytics Lead, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Brand Partnerships, and Product to turn performance data into sharper creative, targeting, and spend decisions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who enjoys testing, iterating, and scaling what works.
