Dapper is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with a pioneering spirit - someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide.

As a Senior Performance Marketer, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

This job is for you if you:

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment.

• You bring a growth mindset, open to feedback, focused on learning, and always looking for ways to improve and support others in doing the same.

• Bring a strategic mindset, but still enjoy jumping into the details, whether it’s presenting a paid strategy for a client or deep diving into the analytics.

• Take full ownership of your projects, challenging the brief, aligning with clients, and pushing for better outcomes through collaboration with the team.

• Are confident owning and leading client relationships, from onboarding and strategy to reviews and roadmap planning.
