- Administer benefits programs, including open enrollment, vendor management, employee questions and periodic benchmarking to keep our offerings competitive in each market.
- Manage offboarding, including exit interviews, coordination of final pay and documentation, and analysis of exit trends to identify retention risks and opportunities.
- Design and lead employee engagement initiatives, such as engagement surveys, recognition programs and virtual and in-person events that connect a globally distributed team.
- Maintain the employee handbook, country-specific policies and HR processes; monitor employment law changes in the countries where we operate and keep the company compliant.

What We Do
Swift Navigation, Inc. has been redefining GNSS positioning technology since 2012. What began as the industry’s first low-cost, high-accuracy, real-time kinematic (RTK) receiver has evolved into an ecosystem of GNSS positioning solutions for autonomous applications. The Starling® Positioning Engine is an integrated software solution for precise positioning while the Skylark™ Cloud Corrections Service delivers GNSS corrections across the contiguous U.S.—eliminating traditional geographical restrictions. Piksi® Multi and ruggedized Duro® and Duro Inertial RTK receivers deliver centimeter-level accuracy at an affordable price, making them ideal for commercial and industrial applications. Swift Navigation’s technology benefits a multitude of industries and applications—including autonomous vehicles, precision agriculture, robotics, rail, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and surveying. Swift Navigation is enabling a future of autonomous vehicles to navigate and understand the world. Its products deliver 100 times better accuracy than the GPS in a cell phone—at a fraction of the price of the competition. By optimizing inexpensive, off-the-shelf cell components with sophisticated software, Swift Navigation has built a reputation for defining a new category of GNSS systems as the industry’s first low-cost, high-accuracy RTK receiver.
