Key Responsibilities :
Design and evolve enterprise observability platforms.
Administer and optimize Dynatrace and Zabbix environments.
Build monitoring strategies across infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
Develop automation and self-healing solutions using modern scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Integrate monitoring platforms with ITSM solutions.
Support Cloud transformation and Kubernetes initiatives.
Provide Level 3 support for complex incidents.
Produce operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
Participate in architecture reviews and mentor technical teams.
Ensure the availability and reliability of critical monitoring platforms.
