Senior Multi-Cloud DevSecOps Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer who combines deep AWS solution architecture expertise with AI/ML knowledge to design, implement, and secure our cloud-native infrastructure while integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into our development and operations workflows.
Key Responsibilities
DevSecOps & Security

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines with automated security testing and compliance checks
• Integrate security controls throughout the software development lifecycle (SSDLC)
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using secure coding practices with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability management, and threat modeling
• Implement container security, secrets management, and runtime protection
• Establish security monitoring, incident response, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, etc.)

AWS Solution Architecture

• Design scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures on AWS
• Implement multi-account strategies, networking, and hybrid cloud solutions
• Optimize AWS services for performance, security, and cost efficiency
• Lead cloud migration strategies and modernization initiatives
• Design disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
• Implement observability and monitoring across distributed systems

AI Integration & Implementation

• Integrate AI/ML services (Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, Comprehend, Rekognition) into existing workflows
• Implement MLOps practices for AI model deployment and lifecycle management
• Design secure AI data pipelines and feature stores
• Implement AI-powered security and operations automation
• Build AI-enhanced monitoring and anomaly detection systems
• Collaborate on AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills

• AWS Expertise: AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification preferred; expert-level knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, Lambda, EKS, RDS, S3, etc.)
• DevSecOps: 5+ years experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and security automation
• Infrastructure as Code: Proficient in Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
• Security: Strong background in application security, network security, encryption, and compliance frameworks
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages; experience with automation and scripting
• AI/ML: Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services, MLOps practices, and AI model deployment pipelines

Experience Requirements

• 7+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps roles with progressive responsibility
• 5+ years of AWS cloud architecture and implementation experience
• 3+ years working with AI/ML technologies in production environments
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional and Security Specialty certifications
• Experience with additional cloud providers (Azure, GCP)
• Background in threat intelligence, incident response, or security research
• Experience with AI governance, model risk management, or AI ethics
• Kubernetes Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or similar container orchestration certifications
• Experience with data engineering and big data technologies

Salary:

• $145,000 - $150,000
