● Position: Senior Manager / Director – Learning & Development (L&D)
● Experience Required: 6 to 12 Years
● Location: Remote (Targeting Major Hubs: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi,
Gurugram, or Noida)
● Travel: Mandatory readiness for periodic domestic mobility to conduct on-site
evaluations, align regional stakeholders, and anchor face-to-face capability programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Alignment & Analytics
● Establish a metric-driven learning ecosystem to capture key growth milestones.
● Able to Demonstrate the products themselves and act as a demo specialist
themselves. For leads generated, from inside sales.
● Defend L&D program metrics to justify the departmental budget to executive
leadership.
● Conduct comprehensive, multi-city Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI), including
physical on-site or local visits when necessary.
● Introduce a continuous, systematic learning calendar with regular program rollouts
throughout the year.
● Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) platform to upgrade
curriculum and enhance learner engagement.
2. High-Impact Learning & Instructional Design
● Design and deploy immersive, virtual, asynchronous, and self-pacing learning
programs utilizing state-of-the-art authoring tools.
● Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and clear primary tracking mechanisms.
● Evaluate and address localized training gaps by examining user behavior and
performance personas by region.
● Take full ownership of regional-specific structural and contextual adaptations
required for content.
3. Corporate Readiness & Sales Force Operations Enabling
● Provide field enablement to optimize performance across the company’s extensive
network of 150+ corporate reseller partners.
● Partner Certification & Accreditation Programs : Design and manage structured certification

● Identify skill or knowledge gaps, deploy field solutions, and secure internal
stakeholder buy-in.
● Map career advancement and capability pathways for internal sales teams.
● Nurture strategic vendor ecosystems and coordinate with external institutions to run

Skills Required
- 6 to 12 years total experience
- Direct experience within EdTech, K-12 publishing, or tech-enabled education ecosystems
- Experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, iSpring (SCORM) and other authoring tools (PowToon, Animaker, VoiceOver tools)
- Experience administering Modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) and corporate learning ecosystems
- Experience designing immersive virtual, asynchronous, and self-paced learning programs and using LMS analytics
- Readiness for periodic domestic travel for on-site evaluations and face-to-face programs
- Ability to demonstrate products and act as a demo specialist for leads generated from inside sales
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience (preferred, especially for sales enablement context)
- Prior experience in high-growth startups or building enterprise L&D architecture from scratch
