Accountability & Responsibilities:

- Infrastructure Strategy & Technology Evolution
- Contribute to definition and execution of infrastructure strategies and platform roadmaps
- Identify emerging infrastructure and cloud technologies with potential applicability at Integer
- Evaluate new platform capabilities, tools, and services, providing recommendations on fitness, risk, and value
- Partner with the Head of Infrastructure on long‑term platform direction, investment priorities, and modernization initiatives
- Balance innovation and stability, ensuring new technologies are introduced responsibly
- Platform Engineering & People Leadership
- Provide direct people leadership to infrastructure engineering teams across:
- Network
- Server / cloud
- M365 collaboration

- Coach and develop team members to increase technical depth, ownership, and operational maturity
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or with equivalent work experience.
- Minimum Experience:
- 10+ years of IT‑related experience in enterprise infrastructure environments
- 5+ years of demonstrated people‑leadership experience, including leading technical teams and managing performance, priorities, and development
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, engineering, or operations roles
- Experience working in customer service or technical service organizations preferred
Knowledge & Skills:

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
