About Spring Education Group

Spring Education Group is a leading network of private schools serving students from preschool through 12th grade. Across our family of schools, we are committed to providing exceptional educational experiences that inspire students to reach their full potential.

Our Independent K–12 (IK12) Marketing team supports a diverse portfolio of independent schools by creating compelling marketing campaigns that convey each school’s distinctive story, reinforce our premium brand positioning, and strengthen enrollment.

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on marketer who is equally passionate about social media storytelling and digital performance. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can build online communities, drive brand engagement and sentiment, and turn day-to-day marketing into measurable growth in awareness and enrollment.

About the Role

The role will also strengthen YouTube as a storytelling channel, showcasing each school’s distinctive brand, community, and educational experience.

You will partner closely with marketing, digital, paid media, enrollment, and operations teams; school leaders and campus staff; creative partners; and external partners to create content and marketing materials that inspire current and prospective families.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys deep collaboration, developing content while influencing strategy, managing channels, analyzing performance, and supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives across the funnel. The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing will also keep projects on track, manage competing priorities, and ensure deadlines are met, taking clear ownership of deliverables and driving initiatives from planning through execution and measurement.
