Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all facets of data analytics, possessing the ability to extract valuable insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies for continued growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify trends and growth opportunities through in-depth analysis of complex data sets.

Evaluate organizational methods and provide specifications for data sets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Develop best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization techniques.

Assess internal systems for efficiency and accuracy, implementing protocols for data handling and processing.

Daily and Monthly Tasks:

Collaborate with management to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.

Proactively analyze data to address stakeholder inquiries and identify areas for improvement.

Create and maintain interactive visualizations to facilitate data interpretation.

Define and implement data acquisition and integration strategies for scalability and performance optimization.

Develop and maintain databases, acquiring data from primary and secondary sources.

Maintain knowledge of data suppliers' business and recent developments.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external data suppliers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Application, or related field.

3+ years of experience in data handling and team management.

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is essential.

Proficiency in technical writing, including queries, reports, and presentations.

Strong advanced Excel skills, with the ability to adapt to other analytical tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.

Skills Required
