- Originate new business opportunities, strategize value creation both for Keppel & customer and convert opportunity to contract in The Philippines.
- Be proactive in scouting needs, staying abreast of technology trends and foresights, and translating these into insightful reports
- Manage end-to-end innovation process from strategy, ideation, development to business plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage ecosystem and channel partnerships
- Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients in the low carbon energy sector
- Develop new business models or transform existing ones, including organisational development, capability mapping and operating model change
- Manage project development, budgets and finances
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Solid commercial understanding with basic financial modelling, payback period analysis, etc. crucial .
- Passion for new technologies and technical acumen to evaluate their relevance in sustainability and energy efficiency.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of cooling business and service-based business models, including best practice processes.
- Familiar with management and development for project implementation
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary lean team environment and to take initiative and deliver projects independently when required.
