Senior Java/Angular Developer

We are looking for a Senior Java/Angular Developer to join an international organization in Brussels, Belgium. You will design, develop and maintain web applications using Java and Angular, contributing to reliable and scalable software solutions in an international IT environment.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Java Developer with Angular expertise who is interested in relocating to Brussels and gaining international career experience.

EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be based in Brussels or willing to relocate. A work permit is not provided.

• Design, develop and maintain web-based applications using Java and Angular;
  
• Develop and integrate new software components and application functionalities;
  
• Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions;
  
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate technical approaches;
  
• Develop and execute software tests to ensure application quality and stability;
  
• Integrate applications with existing systems, services and platforms;
  
• Troubleshoot, maintain and continuously improve existing applications;
  
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and stakeholders in an international environment.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field;
  
• 5+ years of professional Java development experience;
  
• 2+ years of professional Angular development experience;
  
• Strong knowledge of web application development and software integration;
  
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
  
• Ability to work effectively within an international and multicultural team;
  
• Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, relational databases, Docker or Kubernetes would be an advantage;
  
• Fluent English.
