Requirements
We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
This role will be responsible for building high-performance React and React Native applications that integrate seamlessly with backend APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud services. You will play a key role in shaping frontend architecture, user experience, and release processes across iOS, Android, and Web.
This is a product-focused engineering role, not an agency-style UI role.
Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)Frontend Web Development- Strong expertise in React JS
- Experience with Next.js (SSR/CSR optimisation preferred)
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Deep understanding of component architecture and state management (Redux, RTK Query, Zustand, TanStack Query)
- Experience building enterprise dashboards and complex UI workflows
- Strong HTML/CSS skills and responsive design principles
- Proven experience with React Native
- Experience delivering production-grade apps for iOS and Android
- Strong knowledge of mobile performance optimisation
- Familiarity with App Store and Play Store release cycles
- Experience with mobile device integrations (e.g., push notifications, analytics, device APIs)
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Working knowledge of authentication flows (JWT, OAuth)
- Managing asynchronous data flows and caching strategies
- Experience integrating:
- Firebase (Auth, Analytics, Hosting)
- External APIs
- Third-party SDKs
- Experience working with backend teams on API contracts
- Experience designing frontend architecture for scalable applications
- Ability to lead small frontend/mobile teams
- Experience setting coding standards and reviewing PRs
- Ability to convert product requirements into technical architecture
- Experience working on SaaS or enterprise platforms
- Experience with UI libraries (MUI, ShadCN, Tailwind, etc.)
- Understanding of performance monitoring tools
- Experience in fintech, trading, or operational platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployment
- Exposure to AI-powered UI features or real-time workflows
