- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 15 years of relevant work experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Track record of delivering high-quality analysis in support of DoD objectives
- Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI).
- Experience with OUSD(R&E)
