We are a dynamic, international team developing a UWB-based Real-Time Locating System (RTLS) that powers solutions for industrial applications. To achieve the precision and scalability required for modern IoT solutions, we build a full stack of software components, including firmware, backend, and frontend applications.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONSWe are looking for a mid-level or senior embedded software engineer with experience developing Linux and RTOS-based systems:
- Linux development & system programming, u-boot, device tree & drivers, or kernel modules
- Embedded Linux build environment: Poky (Yocto Project, OpenEmbedded, BitBake) is a plus
- Hardware interfaces such as GPIO, I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet
- Embedded security concepts (image signing, encryption, secure updates)
- Experience with automated firmware, hardware-in-the-loop and integration testing
- Very good English skills and the ability to collaborate in an international engineering environment
- Variscite or similar ARM platforms
- Bitbake as build automation tool
- Lowlevel MCU programming
- FreeRTOS/Zephyr or comparable RTOS environments
- Radio protocols
As an Embedded Software Engineer in our RTLS team, you will:
- Develop and maintain software for our RTLS anchors and sensors
- Design and implement embedded Linux and FreeRTOS applications
- Integrate hardware components and communication interfaces
- Develop and maintain device drivers and Linux kernel modules where required
- Implement secure software deployment and update mechanisms
- Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Collaborate closely with firmware, hardware, backend, and product teams
We develop software across the entire embedded stack, from firmware to Linux-based edge devices. You should be comfortable working with technologies and concepts such as:
- C, and modern C++(17 or newer)
- Yocto Linux
- FreeRTOS/Zephyr/Wirepas
- Linux Kernel Modules
- I2C, SPI, UART
- Secure Updates, Encryption, Image Signing
- ARM-based platforms
- Variscite
