Senior Electrical Design Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with broad experience including design and construction of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and HVAC systems to support operations in our San Antonio office. Here are the skills we need you to bring with you

BS Degree in electrical engineering plus 7+ years of experience in the design of electrical circuits. To fulfill the demands of design and development of new products the individual must show self-starting instincts, an aptitude for creative synthesis, and the ability to utilize and quickly learn advanced design and/or analysis techniques. The design of our fire control computers are based on microcontrollers, CPLD and FPGA’s.

Knowledge Of The Following Engineering Concepts Is Desirable

• Power supply and analog circuit design

• Electronics packaging and thermal management techniques

• Schematic capture programs

• Understanding of printer wiring board layouts

• DFM and worst case analysis
