As a Senior Creative Designer at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), your role is to support the Creative Director/ Associate Creative Director on daily visual tasks, complete daily visual output, and effectively communicate with the Account Service team on a daily basis in order to provide high-quality visuals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a deep understanding of the client for whom you are responsible, as well as the ability to accurately articulate brand concepts and create visuals that consistently meet the brand guidelines
- Independently deliver the design tasks within the social retainer scope
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new media best practises, and incorporate them into your daily design practise
- Handle comments from clients and internal teams calmly and patiently, with the ability to contribute suggestions of your own
- Under the direction of the Creative Director/ Associate Creative Director, capable of developing campaign ideas and assisting in deck creation
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or above, with a major in design, multimedia, art or other related fields
- 2 to 3 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency or a 4A advertising firm
- Proficiency in Photoshop and AI; expertise in motion graphics production
- Understanding of animation and video production; video editing, photography, or illustration skills, are preferred
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to review and revise the design before delivery
- Experience in working with brands across categories, as well as the ability to switch between different design styles for a variety of categories
