About the Role
As an IT Security Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting and securing our clients’ technology ecosystems. You will be responsible for managing security configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting advanced integration initiatives for fast-scaling, recognizable enterprises within dynamic industries.
Responsibilities- Coordinate, diagnose, and resolve issues related to security systems (e.g., OKTA, LDAP, IAM)
- Maintain, monitor, and support CI/CD pipelines and CLI tooling
- Collaborate closely with security, engineering, and business teams to ensure best practices are followed
- Triaging inbound support requests and prioritizing tasks based on criticality
- Provide clear, transparent communication to clients and internal teams
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential security issues
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT Security or a related support function
- Hands-on experience managing and configuring security systems such as OKTA, LDAP, or IAM platforms
- Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and CLI tools
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Demonstrated skills in self-management, triaging, prioritization, and transparent communication
- Highly organized and able to balance multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
