We are a dynamic, international team developing a UWB-based Real-Time Locating System (RTLS) that powers solutions for industrial applications. To achieve the precision and scalability required for modern IoT solutions, we build a full stack of software components, including firmware, backend, and frontend applications.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONSFor this opportunity, we are looking for a mid-level or senior engineer with a strong DevOps focus and solid backend development experience:
- Several years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, and backend development
- Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes-based workloads in AWS
- Experience maintaining staging and production environments, including deployments, monitoring, and operational reliability
- Experience with infrastructure as code, containerization, GitOps-style workflows, and CI/CD processes
- Good understanding of observability, alerting, troubleshooting, caching, messaging, and scalable backend services
- Very good English skills and the ability to collaborate in an international engineering environment
As a DevOps and backend engineer in our agile RTLS team, you will:
- Maintain and improve our staging and production AWS/Kubernetes setup
- Support reliable deployments, configuration changes, monitoring, alerting, and day-to-day operations
- Help scale our AWS and Kubernetes setup as product and customer needs grow
- Investigate incidents, improve operational stability, and make the setup easier to run and maintain
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services where they connect closely with infrastructure, scalability, and product needs
Our stack combines cloud operations with backend service development. You should be comfortable working with technologies and concepts such as:
- DevOps and operations: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitOps-style workflows, and CI/CD processes
- Reliability: deployments, monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, incident response, and cost-aware scaling
- Backend development: Go, APIs, Protobuf, Redis or comparable caching solutions, MQTT-compatible messaging, and distributed service design
- Technology evolution: introduce new technologies and modernize outdated tools where they improve reliability, scalability, maintainability, or cost efficiency
- Optional frontend: Vue.js, Node.js, or similar technologies

Skills Required
