Our client is a logistics technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own large enterprise software deployments from first discovery and process design through launch and ongoing account health. Act as the senior point of contact for several concurrent accounts, turning detailed operational processes into technical configurations with engineering partners. Travel periodically to customer sites for key project milestones.
What you'll do
- Lead enterprise implementations from initial scoping and workflow mapping through go-live and continued account health.
- Serve as the senior executive contact for high-value accounts, managing stakeholder updates and expectations.
- Convert complicated operational processes into technical designs with engineering partners.
- Oversee one to three simultaneous accounts, each with its own timeline and requirements.
- Travel to customer sites for key milestones, roughly 30% of the time.
- Help create and grow a repeatable deployment playbook for the function.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 4 to 6 years in client-facing roles.
- Hands-on background rolling out business software at large organizations.
- Experience in consulting, business operations or operations roles.
- Working knowledge of APIs, SQL and how large language models behave.
- Comfort with standard office and presentation tools.
- Executive presence and polished, highly fluent English communication.
- Regular exposure to senior executives and comfort engaging at that level.
- Willing to work 60 to 65 hours a week in a high-intensity environment and travel on short notice.
- Strong ability to understand complex workflows and map them to designs.
- Ready to base themselves in one of the two hiring cities, or to move there.
