Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planning, Fulfillment & Data Analytics professional to lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, and customer fulfillment. This role will partner across Sales, Operations, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Finance to balance customer demand, supply availability, inventory, and service objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage short- and long-term demand forecasts.
- Lead demand reviews and support S&OP/S&OE processes.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, inventory, and customer service KPIs.
- Manage customer fulfillment priorities, backorders, and supply constraints.
- Identify demand/supply risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
- Optimize inventory while balancing service levels and working capital.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve planning and fulfillment performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through analytics and root-cause analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning, fulfillment, supply planning, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, S&OP, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Experience with SAP ERP/planning system.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; Power BI experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
