Description

🚀 CUJO AI® is a leader in artificial intelligence solutions for network service providers. We use machine learning and real-world data to develop cybersecurity, device intelligence, network intelligence, and parental control solutions that make internet connections safer for millions of homes.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst (Analytics Engineering) to join our Data Platform team.

This is a hands-on, full-stack data role spanning data modeling, metric definition, analysis and visualization. You will build reliable, reusable datasets and metrics that teams across CUJO AI can use on their own, and you will answer business and product questions directly through analysis and reporting.

Working from the Data Platform team, you will help scale analytics practices across the company. For each problem, you will judge whether it needs a quick analysis, a dashboard, or a production-grade data model, and invest accordingly.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Partner with Product, Engineering and business teams to turn their questions into analyses, metrics and data models.
  • Deliver analysis and reporting: ad hoc deep dives, recurring KPI reports and dashboards.
  • Define, validate and document KPIs with stakeholders, and help teams use them consistently in planning and decisions.
  • Build and maintain tested, documented data models and ELT transformations together with the Data Platform team.
  • Create curated datasets, dashboards and templates that let teams answer their own questions.
  • Take metrics and models from first prototype through production and ongoing maintenance.
  • Streamline analytics practices across analysts in other teams: shared modeling conventions, metric definitions, code review, and onboarding and coaching.
  • Prioritize requests from multiple teams, balancing urgent needs with investments in reusable data assets.
  • Identify gaps in data, instrumentation or tooling, and work with engineering to close them.
  • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in a data role (analytics engineer, data analyst, BI engineer or similar).
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills, and experience with large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations using SQL/dbt and Spark (PySpark), kept in version control (Git) with tests and code review.
  • End-to-end understanding of how data flows from source events and ingestion, through warehouse models, to dashboards, and the ability to trace and fix issues upstream.
  • Experience with a cloud data warehouse (Redshift or similar).
  • Python for data processing, analysis and automation.
  • Experience with BI tools and enabling self-service analytics.
  • Ability to turn loosely defined business questions into clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Good judgment on when a quick answer is enough and when to build something durable.
  • Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience rolling out shared metrics or analytics practices across several teams.
  • Experience setting standards for or mentoring other analysts.
  • Experience with data quality testing or observability tooling.
  • Familiarity with metrics-layer or semantic-layer tooling (e.g. dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, Looker).
  • Experience with AWS data services (e.g. Athena, Glue, S3).
  • Effective use of AI-assisted development tools while keeping code and models maintainable.
  • Experience with product, telemetry or network data.

Why Join CUJO AI?

  • Flexible Work – Hybrid work model with flexible hours.
  • Modern Equipment – Top-of-the-line development tools to do your best work.
  • Career Growth – Conferences, training, books, and anything else you need to keep developing.
  • Performance Bonuses – Company-wide annual bonus program.
  • Referral Rewards – Earn up to €1,000 for referring new hires.
  • Meaningful Work – Help make the internet safer for millions of people around the world.

The compensation package is from €4,000 to €5,000 (gross), depending on your experience. We are focused on finding the right person for this role and are open to discussing salary expectations based on your skills, competencies, and experience.

At CUJO AI, we value innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Join us and work on technology that makes the internet safer!

📅 Apply by October 25, 2026 – but don’t wait! We’ll hire as soon as we find the right person.
