As a key contributor to a smaller, yet quickly expanding team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact to an exciting new branch of the company.

Job Description

  • You work closely with Conversion Rate Optimization, Content/Design, Tech on websites, landing pages and lead forms to ensure a consistent content communications and user experience throughout the different online user journeys. You create hypotheses to test and improve conversion-related KPIs through the online sales funnel.
  • You strategize and manage our online end to end testing roadmaps and build out evolving consumer personas through installed feedback loops.
  • You conduct stringent market and competitor research and improvise on the status quo
  • You think end to end on all online processes to ask the right questions and solve problems.
  • You iterate on the existing campaign, content and design calendar and execute its implementation together with our Growth Management team across multiple platforms – including websites, blogs, webinars, videos, newsletters, social media, e-mail and case studies.
  • You never lose focus on the big picture. You keep a close tab on the few KPIs that matter, in order to move the business forward.
  • You work closely with the Customer Care, Tech, and together with our Growth Management team indirectly with our stores to establish highly relevant customer and content marketing.
  • You own and report on the Content/Design as well as CRO performance metrics and hold the marketing team accountable to milestones and objectives.
  • You analyze raw data to arrive at strategic conclusions.

Qualifications

  • Native German speaker
  • Multiple years of background in user experience, website and content analytics & optimization
  • Operational experience of running internal optimization projects, working closely with designers, developers and performance marketers to accomplish ambitious goals within tight deadlines. This requires a strong UX/UI background and understanding of requirements of other departments in order to run tasks efficiently
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and inbound marketing best practices
  • Python/SQL querying experience desirable
  • Advanced project management and organizational skills
  • Prior roles in fast-growing, dynamic company environments, preferably in an omnichannel world
