Content Design is part of the Product Design team at AutoScout24. Our Content Designers work closely with Product Design, Research, Product Management and Engineering to shape customer experiences from early problem framing through delivery and iteration. We’re currently looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our B2B team and help shape the experience we create for our Dealer customers, across complex journeys and increasingly AI powered and language based interactions.
You’ll join a dynamic team based in Munich or Berlin. We work in a hybrid setup and meet in the office twice a week.
What you’ll do:
- You will work with Product Designers, Researchers, Product Managers and Engineers to shape customer-centered experiences from early problem framing through delivery and iteration.
- You will lead Content Design for complex experiences across our Dealer ecosystem, connecting journeys and touchpoints where they span multiple teams and product areas.
- You will help shape our growing AI-powered and language-based Dealer experiences, exploring and evaluating how language, interaction and AI behavior work together for our customers.
- You will use language, information architecture, content strategy and interaction design to turn complex customer and business problems into clear and intuitive experiences.
- You will use research and data to develop recommendations, evaluate outcomes and influence product decisions, bringing teams and stakeholders together around shared problems and trade-offs.
- You will help us scale Content Design expertise through AI, tools, skills, patterns, standards and guidelines, continuously improving what we already have and creating new solutions where teams can handle established content needs independently.
- You will collaborate with B2B Marketing to connect product and marketing narratives, contributing Content Design expertise to product and feature naming, terminology and how propositions are communicated in-product.
What you’ll bring:
- You have significant experience in Content Design, UX Writing or a similar product content role, working on complex digital products and customer journeys.
- You have strong writing craft and can create and evaluate clear, precise, accessible and inclusive language, including for generative experiences.
- You think beyond individual screens and are confident working with information architecture, content strategy, interaction design and complex user journeys.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and proactively frame problems, develop a clear point of view and make recommendations.
- You have experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders, creating alignment and influencing product decisions.
- You use research and data to inform decisions, challenge assumptions and evaluate your work.
- You understand how AI is changing product experiences and Content Design, and are confident using AI in your own practice as well as shaping and evaluating communication in AI-powered experiences.
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills (C2 level or equivalent) and write and communicate confidently in German, French, or Italian.
