We’re looking for a Creative who thrives in fast-moving feeds, turning cultural signals into scroll-stopping, platform-native content for a global automotive brand. You’ll bring bold ideas, strong visual instincts, and a deep understanding of what makes audiences stop, watch, and share, crafting work that feels native to each platform while staying true to the brand. 

You’ll live and breathe platform trends, formats, and behaviors, iterating quickly to produce content that is visually sharp, culturally relevant, and optimized for reach and engagement. Your work will make Meta and TikTok feeds feel alive, fun, and impossible to scroll past. 
 


Requirements
  • Create Platform-Native Content: Design TikTok- and Meta-first posts, series, and formats that capture attention and drive engagement 
  • Translate Brand Stories: Turn brand and product narratives into creative executions that feel native to each platform 
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Spot and leverage emerging cultural and platform trends to keep content timely and relevant 
  • Think Visually First: Develop ideas with strong visual storytelling, balancing clarity and cultural resonance 
  • Experiment with Formats: Test and iterate on creative approaches, video lengths, and styles to optimize performance 
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal creatives, copywriters, and production to ensure ideas are executed flawlessly 
  • Benchmark and Elevate: Analyze top creators, competitors, and trends to push content quality beyond the norm

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 55,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.

Skills Required
