We are seeking an experienced Senior Claude AI Specialist to assess organisational structures, operating models, and business processes, and develop AI-enabled transformation strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a central role in organisational design, business transformation, change management, and Generative AI, with a focus on leveraging Claude AI to drive sustainable organisational change.
You will be responsible for:
- Conduct organisational and operating model reviews
- Assess AI readiness and identify transformation opportunities
- Design AI-enabled business processes and operating models
- Develop AI transformation roadmaps and business cases
- Recommend organizational redesign and workforce transformation initiatives
- Lead stakeholder workshops and executive engagements
- Support AI adoption, change management, and business initiatives
- Provide strategic advice on AI implementation and business value realisation
Your required experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5 - 7+ years' experience in business transformation, consulting, organisational development, or digital transformation
- 3+ years' experience working with Generative AI solutions, including Claude AI, ChatGPT or similar
- Strong background in organisational reviews, process improvement, and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Positive attitude with a solution-focused approach in all aspects of work
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments as needed

This role works in a WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP and in order to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:
