What You’ll Do:
- Architect, design, and build high-performance, scalable backend systems.
- Work with advanced algorithms, data structures & distributed computing.
- Design and implement robust, secure APIs.
- Use best practices to ensure flexibility, extensibility, and maintainability.
- Develop SQL & NoSQL persistence solutions with optimal data modeling & performance.
- Build and scale cloud-based infrastructures.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in Backend engineering
- 5 years Python experience or at least 2+ years of Python experience and 3+ years with Java /nodejs.
- Proven experience working in an AI-assisted development environment, defining high-level technical goals and leveraging autonomous AI agents (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Devin-style tools) to execute multi-file implementations, while maintaining ownership of architecture, design decisions, code quality, and final validation.
- Experience with Microservices, distributed processing & messaging.
- Cloud expertise: AWS/, GCP/ Azure
- Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Druid, Redis).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about doing things the right way.
