We are looking for a GameOps & MarCom Associate to join our team. This role combines data analysis and customer engagement optimisation with the hands-on execution of CRM communications and campaigns, with an approximately 50/50 split between the two areas.
1. Data Analysis & Customer Engagement Optimisation
Use data to help us better understand our users and identify opportunities to improve engagement, monetisation, and overall performance.
You will work with large and complex datasets, supporting the full data journey — from extracting and analysing information to reporting on results and turning insights into practical recommendations. You’ll work closely with the wider team to understand user behaviour, measure the impact of engagement activities, and identify opportunities for optimisation.
2. CRM Communications & Campaign Operations
Manage the day-to-day execution of outbound communications to our users, ensuring campaigns are well planned, correctly targeted, thoroughly tested, and aligned with the overall CRM calendar and business priorities.
Working closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, and other teams, you will:
- Plan and coordinate outbound communications in line with the CRM campaign calendar.
- Set up and launch campaigns and customer journeys within our Customer Engagement Platform.
- Create and maintain user segments using behavioural, transactional, and demographic data.
- Manage audience targeting, scheduling, campaign logic, and other configuration requirements.
- Test and QA campaigns before launch to ensure communications are delivered correctly.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs and results.
- Analyse campaign outcomes and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and monetisation.
- Maintain clear campaign documentation and help build consistent, scalable processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate and simplify campaign execution and reporting.
- Help ensure we are reaching the right users, through the right channels, at the right time.
- 1+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Marcom Specialist.
- Extensive expertise in SQL and experience handling large and complex datasets.
- Proficiency with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong mathematical and quantitative analysis skills with a passion for numbers and data.
- Extensive experience with a Customer Engagement Platform, preferably Iterable.
- Hands-on experience planning and configuring CRM campaigns, journeys, or automated communications.
- Experience with audience segmentation and targeting using behavioral and transactional data.
- Understanding of CRM campaign metrics and benchmarks such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to campaign QA and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to work effectively with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven audiences, campaigns, and actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and campaign requirements can change quickly.
