Job DescriptionAs a Senior Art Director, you will direct the Design team to produce and edit high-quality visual graphics for promotional, informational, educational, or testimonial content. You will lead the direction of live video content, graphics, and animation for web programs, games, smartphones, mobile platforms, social media, and others.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop creative assets, proposals, mockups, and decks to kickstart new campaigns.
- Conceptualize new campaign ideas and tactics based on established voice and tone.
- Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, collaborate, and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional partners.
- Provide art direction, guidance, and oversight to internal and external creative teams and production partners.
- Seek opportunities to expand creative partnerships with vendors, artists, influencers, and content creators to help us shape and evolve our brand in new and innovative ways.
- Execute creative solutions across various mediums to drive innovative, engaging, and valuable content, including illustration, animation, video, and photography.
- Work closely with creative leadership to manage and inspire the creative team and be accountable for creative deliverables.
- Identify and champion areas and opportunities for growth within the creative team.
- Help develop and inform creative briefs that inspire creative concepts and ideas.
- Maintain consistency and alignment with the Enterscale brand through ongoing definition and maintenance of our design style guide.
- Establish priorities while handling multiple projects and communicate accurate time estimates for each milestone.
- Secure appropriate rights, licenses, and clearances for video, image, and soundtrack usage to protect our clients and wildfusion from copyright infringement.
- A Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in art direction at a digital, direct marketing, or advertising agency or with digital products and services
- Must have a high level of understanding of art direction and graphic design, including page layout typography, photography, and illustration
- Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience managing a team of creatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or related field
