As a Capital Strategy Analyst on the Business Development team, you will support fundraising research, investor-related analytics, and internal reporting. The role demands sharp analytical thinking, adaptability, and a creative approach to data and execution:
• Research and present market trends and investor profiles to support fundraising efforts.
• Assist with investor communications.
• Ensure key databases like Foliometrics are kept accurate and current.
• Create and improve reports that demonstrate fundraising progress and team performance.
• Support daily workflow management like updating dashboards and tracking metrics.
• Partner with senior Business Development team members and internal teams to keep marketing data and content both current and aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements
Candidate should demonstrate success in fast-paced, performance-driven environments, with a strong focus on technical accuracy and a mindset for continuous process improvement.
Candidates must possess the following:
•MBA in Finance, Business Analytics, or equivalent degree
•0–2 years of experience in finance, business research, or data analytics
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
•Exceptional attention to detail.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally in a time-sensitive environment
