About the Role:
We're building internal tools that help marketing teams plan smarter across global and local markets.
Claude Code and similar agentic tools will be a core part of how we design, write, and ship software — every day. We move fast, we ship to production, and we're looking for someone who wants to work that way too.
What you'll do
Own features end-to-end — from talking to stakeholders to writing code to watching it go live. You'll work across the full stack, integrate AI capabilities into real product surfaces, and help define how we build as the team grows.
What we're looking for
- You're a solid full-stack developer with 5+ years of shipping real products.
- You've built and deployed web applications end-to-end (frontend + backend + database + Azure cloud + API integrations)
- You're comfortable with relational databases and take schema changes seriously
- You use AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) as a genuine accelerator
- You can read AI-generated code critically and catch what it gets wrong
- You ship working software, not plans to ship software
- You ask questions early and document what you build
- You maintain the products you built

Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience shipping real products as a full-stack developer
- Experience building and deploying web applications end to end across frontend, backend, databases, Azure cloud, and API integrations
- Comfort working with relational databases and managing schema changes carefully
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
- Ability to critically review and identify issues in AI-generated code
- Ability to ship working software and maintain products in production
- Ability to ask questions early and document implementations
