Responsibilities
  • Identify and research new sales leads through various channels.
  • Engage with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining the suitability of our services.
  • Set up calls or meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Track all interactions and maintain an organized database in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns.
  • Provide insights and feedback to help refine our sales processes.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with prospects.
  • Strong research and lead generation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a desire to exceed targets.
  • Adept at managing time effectively and working independently.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
