What you'll be doing in this roleExecute outbound experiments - research prospects, craft outreach, and iterate based on results.
Build AI-driven motions - use tooling to find signals, personalise, and do your job smart
Generate qualified meetings for the team - outbound, inbound, network, whate
Run events across Europe - coordinate demand generation activities
Jumping into whatever else needs doing - across sales, ops, or partnerships
1-3 years of experience - prior growth/sales experience is a plus but not a must
Commercial mindset - you are commercially driven and like the hustle
Strong communicator - both verbally and written
Experimental mindset - you love testing new approaches, measuring results, and iterating to find what works.
