Required Skills/Experience:
- Second Level Scrum Master Certification
- Minimum three years experience working as the Scrum Master of a software delivery team
- Working knowledge of the Agile Manifesto and Principles
- Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc)
- Experience working with hybrid agile teams that interface with waterfall applications or teams
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situation awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Experience working with software delivery teams/programs supporting 3-5+ applications/systems
- The ability to distinguish between what "is Scrum" what is "not Scrum"
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Additional Experience Desired:
- eCommerce/Portal, Telecom and or Network experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of other agile approaches: XP, Kanban, FDD, etc.
- Knowledge and/or experience with successful agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
- Previous experience as a team lead
- Ability to engage in very technical discussions

Pay – $50hr on 1099
