- experience and certification in SCRUM
- experience in organizing SCRUM meetings, such as retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning, etc
- experience in working closely with: development team, product owner, etc
- knowledge administering the product backlog in partnership with the product owner and the development team as part of the backlog refinement
- experience in motivating and coaching teams to perform at their best
- ability to communicate in English

Skills Required
