Job Description

Job Title   : Scrum Master

Location   : Philadelphia PA

Duration   : 6 Months

Job Description:

•           Responsible for Collaborating with the Product stake holders on project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews,   retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.

•           Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.

•           Ensure the teams are practicing Scrum agile and SAFE agile principles.

•           Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

•           Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions.

•           Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.

•           Assist as needed with backlog maintenance.

•           Empower the team to self-organize.

•           Collaborate with other teams and release Management to develop enterprise release plans.

•           Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments.

•           Participate proactively in developing and maintaining standards, tools, and best practices within the team and across the organization.

•           Establish a sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely, cost-effective manner with quality.

Bachelors Degree
