Job Description- At least 6 years of experience with Project management and Talent management.
- At least 6 years of experience in CICS, COBOL, DB2 & JCL Skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on Development and Maintenance projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- • At least 3 years of experience in agile methodologies (Scrum etc.) and concepts (Daily scrum, Sprint, Release, Backlog etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience that aids agile team formation, coaches and guides the team to deliver as a performing unit and agile reporting.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Analytical Skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
