Job DescriptionRelevant Experience (Yrs):
12 + years of related work experience with 6+ years Project Management or related experience in a healthcare/specialty pharmacy related environment preferred.
Technical/Functional Skills:
Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint and time tracking tools.
Keen ability to build consensus; ability to influence others, and negotiate compromise, especially with those not in the project manager’s reporting structure.
Experience leading and motivating, complex, and cross-functional teams.
Possesses superior communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Must also possess excellent problem solving skills with good judgment and decision making.
Ability to build and foster relationships with senior management, coworkers and clients.
Must be goal-oriented.
Ability to work with and meet established objectives, priorities, and deadlines on a consistent basis.
QualificationsGraduate degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology or related field
PMI/PMP Certification preferred but not required
