Our team is based in one office and collaborates through regular touch‑base meetings and dedicated knowledge‑sharing sessions. Together, we support production expansion, high‑efficiency separation technologies, and advanced operational technologies that contribute directly to Novonesis’ purpose.

The Role & Your Impact

As SAP Super User, you will play a key role in enabling data‑driven decision‑making across production and process engineering. Your work will support execution and optimization by ensuring SAP systems are used effectively and continuously improved.

In this role, you will:

• Support the implementation and ongoing use of SAP PM (Preventive Maintenance)
• Support production and process engineers in extracting and analyzing data from SAP based on business needs
• Introduce new analytical tools or develop data analysis models to support process optimization
• Review BoM performance, including yield, variance, raw material consumption, utilities, and waste treatment
• Coordinate with Finance and Production to resolve SAP‑related issues in a timely manner
• Train and support new SAP users across the organization

Your contributions will directly improve process efficiency, data quality, and operational performance.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

To succeed in this role, we expect you to bring:

• A Master’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering (data/systems focus), Finance, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with proven problem‑solving capabilities
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• A strong learning mindset and willingness to continuously develop new skills and tools
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience in biotechnology or chemical engineering environments is an advantage.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

• Hands‑on experience with SAP modules such as Plant Maintenance, budgeting, or material master data
• Experience developing standardized data models or analysis templates
• Interest in introducing and scaling new data analysis tools
• Curiosity for identifying optimization opportunities through production data
