One of our best clients is currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
Our client is undergoing a major HR systems transformation and needs experienced SuccessFactors consultants to drive operational excellence. This is a 6-month engagement through March 2027 with potential for a 6-month extension, offering the opportunity to work on a mission-critical system supporting a large multinational organization.
THE ROLE
Serve as a senior technical consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, delivering daily operational support and implementing key HR module rollouts. You will analyze business and technical requirements, configure solutions aligned with best practices, and act as a trusted advisor to HR teams across multiple company locations. Your responsibilities include supporting Performance Management and Goals module implementations, preparing for Compensation rollout, troubleshooting interfaces between SuccessFactors and other SAP systems, managing HR data flows, and providing second- and third-level incident support to ensure reliable service delivery against agreed SLAs.
Requirements
You bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors in production environments. You have deep expertise with Employee Central, strong knowledge of Performance Management and Goals modules, and solid experience with Compensation configuration. You understand SuccessFactors implementation methodology, requirements management, and test management practices. You are proficient with system interfaces, data replication, and integration architecture. You can analyze complex business and technical requirements, translate them into effective solutions, and work collaboratively with Business Process Owners, key users, and implementation partners. Fluent English is essential.
5 days per week, 100% availability and full workload commitment. You will work hybrid, with 50% on-site presence required in Madrid or Baden depending on assignment. You need flexibility during the first month (5-day notice period) and standard 10-day notice thereafter.
Spanish and German language skills are advantageous, as is experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management, advanced cloud implementation practices, talent management workflows, and integration with financial systems such as SAP Finance or HR analytics platforms.
