Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP & QM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions in an SAP S/4HANA On-Premise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead solution design and architecture for SAP PP and QM modules.
Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process workshops.
Configure and optimize Production Planning processes including MRP, Demand Management, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, BOMs, Routings, and Work Centers.
Design and implement Quality Management processes including Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, Quality Notifications, Sampling Procedures, and Quality Certificates.
Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PM, EWM, and FI/CO modules.
Provide functional leadership during all project phases including Explore, Realize, Testing, Cutover, and Hypercare.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Support data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support activities.
Drive SAP best practices and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP PP and QM modules.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA On-Premise implementations.
Hands-on experience in manufacturing and quality management processes.
Strong integration knowledge across SAP modules.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred:
SAP S/4HANA certification in PP and/or QM.
Experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects.
