Role Summary

Seeking a hands-on SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Specialist to lead end-to-end migration activities across a large-scale SAP transformation programme. The role will be responsible for data discovery, mapping, cleansing, migration execution, reconciliation, and cutover readiness to ensure successful go-live outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP data migration delivery from planning through cutover.
Define migration strategy, scope, governance, and wave plans.
Manage data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and quality activities.
Execute mock loads, production loads, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
Coordinate migration activities with testing, environments, and business teams.
Support cutover planning and provide data readiness recommendations.

Essential Skills & Experience

8+ years' experience in SAP Data Migration.
Proven delivery of at least 2 SAP S/4HANA migration programmes.
Experience with Bluefield migrations, carve-outs, or complex data transformations.
Strong Finance and Procurement data migration expertise.
Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, MDG, or similar tools.
Strong data mapping, reconciliation, ETL, and SQL skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
