We’re looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with technical rigor and a strong desire to make an impact.

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field;
- 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP HCM projects;
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Talent Management (PD);
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus;
- Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS);
- Professional experience in configuring, customizing, and implementing SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements;
- Experience with data migration and validation techniques (LSMW, BAPIs, IDOCs);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall);
- SAP certifications are a plus:
- SAP Certified Application Associate – Human Capital Management with SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Employee Central

Skills Required
- Previous experience working in a similar role within SAP HCM projects
- Familiarity with industry-specific SAP HCM solutions
- Proficiency in SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, PY, PD
- Understanding of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS)
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM modules
- Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules
- Proven track record of successful SAP HCM implementations
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and migration projects
- Proficiency in data migration techniques
- Experience with data reconciliation, validation, and integrity
- Skills in designing and developing HR reports using SAP tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to design and implement effective solutions
- Experience managing and delivering projects within constraints
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements
- SAP Certified Application Associate - Human Capital Management
- SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Additional relevant SAP certifications
