· More than 8 years’ experience and involved in scoping, analysis, design, development, customizations and implementation of SAP CRM solution
· SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) experience should be atleast 2 yrs
· CRM Functional experience includes extensive business process knowledge in areas such as Interaction Center, WEBUI, Mobile Integration, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales Including integration areas with Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Financials, and Controlling.
· SAP C4C Solution experience includes Account Management and Intelligence, Productivity and Personalization, Real-Time Analytics, Opportunity Management and Insight
· Experience in Integration between C4C and CRM On Premise / SAP ERP either using HCI or PI
· Strong exposure on SAP Cloud process design , web services and UI’s using HTML and Silverlight
· Good exposure on SAP CRM Mobile application processes and their integration with hand held devices - Mobile phones, tablets
· Highly skillful in ABSL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex C4C (Cloud for Customer) solutions
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Configuration of C4C solution using KUT
· Experience in Creation of Extension Fields
· Integration of C4C with Backend ECC and CRM
· Perform C4C Administrator tasks for user creation
· Enhancements of C4C solution SDK Toolkit on PDI platform
· Report creation using custom development
· Experience in fine-tuning and activities related to the new business objects
· Adapt existing user interface to include extension fields
· Establish extension field link between the new business object and an existing business object
· Integrate data via web service and XML
· Tracing and Debugging feature
· Build data source for new business object
· Create new report, based on the data source, via Adaptation Tools
· Establish approval task and enable notification rule, based on the new business object
· Architecture and building Add-on solutions for Mobile devices
· Mash-ups development
· Create Reuse libraries
· Create Process extension scenarios
· Publish new add-on in scoping
· Provide workaround solution for critical issues
· Root cause analysis of issue and provide necessary fix
· Collation and input of C4C Master Data
· Support business data migration & cleansing tasks
● Provide solutions in the SAP C4C environment to include:
○ Employee loading and ID Mappings
○ Users Creations
○ Master Data Loads from ECC to C4C
○ SAP C4C Configurations
○ Organize and execute Train the Trainer sessions
○ Prepare for end user training sessions
○ Execute / Support end user training sessions
○ Support the business during training sessions
○ Should have ability to resolve all Ipad issue to access SAP C4C app
○ Should have understanding on Versions, hardware software installations to access SAP C4C on Ipad and also on Desktop.
● Troubleshoot issues related to C4C and rollout solutions.
● Provide support for SAP’s C4C production environment during the rollout process
