Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Use knowledge, understanding and end-user experience with procurement, document management, supply chain, financial, manufacturing, plant maintenance, quality management, production planning, engineering or other functions for developing business processes and automated solutions. Develop or modify and deliver system documentation as it relates to requirements definition, process flow definition, system design definition, and gap specifications. Develop and deliver testing plans and assist with testing. Develop and deliver training materials and assist with delivery of end-user training.

Requirements:

CNS Y12 Level Classifications*
Level 1 BA/BS degree or relevant experience
Level 2 BA/BS degree with 2+ years of exp or Masters
Level 3 BA/BS degree with 5+ years of exp or Masters with 2 years exp or PhD
Level 4 BA/BS degree with 10+ years of exp or Masters with 7 years exp or PhD with 4 years of exp
Level 5 BA/BS degree with 15+ years of exp or Masters with 12 years exp or PhD with 10 years of exp
* Individuals that do not have a BA or BS degree will be considered on a two (2) to one (1) basis; two (2) years of experience will equal one (1) year of education
Many positions on this contract require a DOE Q Clearance. Applicants should possess an active DOE Clearance or have the ability to obtain one.

Skills Required

  • Experience with SAP business processes and implementations (procurement, supply chain, financial, manufacturing, plant maintenance, quality, production planning, engineering)
  • Developing requirements, process flows, gap specifications, system design documentation and test plans
  • Experience developing training materials and supporting end-user training
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (per level definitions); education may be substituted by experience (2 years experience = 1 year education)
  • Possess an active DOE clearance (Q) or ability to obtain DOE clearance
  • CNS Y12 level classifications familiarity / ability to work on CNS Y-12 contract
