About our opportunity:

The Marketing Cloud Administrator is a subject matter expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This individual will leverage deep understanding of the capabilities and functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to lead the development of new initiatives, enhancements, operations, and production support for the platform reaching customers with multiple channel impact. This individual will partner with the Marketing team on requirements for priority initiatives and lead the development, execution, and delivery of engagement using Marketing Cloud to support the needs of multiple clients.

What you’ll do here: 

  • Provide support to Marketing team and other internal areas, on Marketing Cloud, managing changes, projects and issue resolutions
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, data migrations, and data integration
  • Create and maintain lists, data extensions, segmentation groups, e-mail tracking, reports and dashboards
  • Maintain a change and enhancement schedule
  • Build, manage and prioritize enhancements within the MC roadmap.
  • Gather, identify and analyze Salesforce business requirements, ensuring that they are complete and well defined
  • Perform QA processes on changes within the MC environment.
  • Document enhancement requests and releases and train the IT team on the general user administration of the MC platform.
  • Create different Data extensions and associate them to different campaigns
  • Management of subscriber data (contact model, preference, and profile center concepts)
  • Configure Marketing Cloud products like Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Journey Builder, etc.
  • Identify security best practices for data management, users, and permissions
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 2+ years’ experience with Marketing Cloud and Sales/Service Cloud
  • Ability to connect to overall business strategy and design and execute on department strategy
  • Able to build successful relationships with all levels of staff and management.
  • Comfortable working independently in an evolving and changing environment
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve customer and client challenges
  • Strong research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently in an evolving and changing environment
  • Ability to collaborate withing and across teams
  • Understanding of third-party integrations
  • Certifications for Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and/or Salesforce Admin
  • Extensive experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Web Studio, Email Studio and Audience Builder
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, AMPscript, and API functions
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with email marketing, including best practices
