Descrição do empregoWe are looking for a Salesforce Developer/Analyst to join a team focused on delivering innovative, high-impact solutions. This role will contribute to the development of end-to-end solutions fully aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and define functional and technical requirements
- Create and maintain user stories
- Implement end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Develop components on the platform (Flows, LWC, Apex, among others)
- Perform integrations with external systems (SOAP and REST)
- Execute testing, bug fixing, and deployment processes
- Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of solutions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
Experience with:
- Lightning App Builder
- Standard Lightning Components and UI
- Apex (Triggers & Classes)
- OmniStudio and Vlocity
- OmniScripts, Flows, and FlexCards
Experience with integrations using:
- SOAP
- REST
Knowledge of:
- PL/SQL
- Git
