Job Description:
Architect Force.com Solutions and Integrations:
Employing a strong understanding of Force.com development tools and technology as well as an architectural mindset, works in partnership with various internal teams and business to architect, design, and develop stable solutions
• Architecture/design and design validations of new projects; Standardization of functionality across different applications within the platform; reusability of developments within SFDC platform, including all integration components
• Provides guidelines for usage of all code within the Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce and any other advanced customizations in SFDC)
• Technical issue management – align with Salesforce.com partners for resolution
• Explores and prototypes technical and functional solutions for project teams
• Partners with and manages pilot programs with SFDC and ISV partners
• Provides data and solution architecture, and single source of truth strategy
• Subject matter expertise and technical guidance on best practices for integration with Salesforce.com
• Provide SFDC and ISV Upgrade evaluations, testing and support, alongside rest of CoE team
• Provide functional architecture strategy and guidance for all SFDC rollouts, with a design for adoption strategy
• Reviews functional design for initiatives and implement configuration standards
• Develop a strategy for code peer reviews
• Develop a strategy for Salesforce.com best practices for deployments
• Test automation tool and regression testing processes
• Tier 3 support

Skills Required
- Minimum 12 years of experience
- Work authorization: Green Card or US Citizen
- Experience with Apex development
- Experience with Visualforce
- Proven experience architecting Force.com/Salesforce solutions and integrations
- Salesforce architecture/design and design validation experience
- Experience defining platform standards, reusability, and code guidelines for Apex/Visualforce
- Data and solution architecture experience, including single source of truth strategy
- Integration best practices and experience working with SFDC and ISV partners
- Experience with SFDC/ISV upgrade evaluations, testing and support
- Experience with test automation and regression testing processes
- Tier 3 support experience
