Location:-- St. Louis , MO ( Remote with Lil Travel)

JOB DESCRIPTION:--

Establish enterprise technical direction for Salesforce.com
• Explore solutions via external research for existing and emerging solutions and trends.
• Ensure delivery solutions are technically sound, resilient to failure, and operationally supportable.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of the technical platform strategy.
• Ensure strategies, standards, and reference architectures are consistent and well integrated.
• Define, apply, and promote the use of patterns, optimized architectures, best practices, and processes.
• Identify architectural risks and plans to mitigate.
• Identify solution alternatives and facilitate tradeoff discussions, impact analysis, and solution estimation efforts.
• Guidance on establishing a globally common approach to mobility and cloud-based solutions.
• Strategy/roadmap development for future technical platform solutions areas appropriate for business need.
• Market and sell decisions with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related areas.
• 6+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of technical platform experience architecting high-performance, scalable solutions in Salesforce.com
• Experience in architecting and supporting enterprise scale Salesforce environments that span more than one production Salesforce Org (not including Sandboxes).
• Participated in the delivery of mobile capabilities via Salesforce1, 3rd Party Solutions, or custom built native applications.
• Ability to creatively solve problems and provide timely and sound recommendations
• Experience leading and influencing peers, organization, and leaders directly and/or through a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Must have a proven track record of working independently and collaboratively.

Desired Skills:

• Experience leading enterprise scaled architectural initiatives.
• Experience communicating complex, technical concepts to executive staff, business sponsors, and internal resources in clear, concise language that is tailored to the audience.
• Experience in other non-Salesforce customer facing application used to deliver on marketing or e-commerce initiatives.
• Experience deploying multi-tier cloud solutions through IaaS providers.
