The ideal candidate has a passion for recognizing potential problems and taking appropriate preventative action; possess strong end-user interaction and communication skills; and has the ability to support a wide variety of users through phone, email, and personal interactions.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Manage open orders
  • Tracking of shipped orders
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Create invoices for orders
  • Collecting dues for invoices
  • Provide great first point of contact service
  • Solve client issues through an understanding of ITsavvy’s organization and structure
  • Works closely with the Client Executive team

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or Sales Support role
  • Ability to multitask in a fast moving environment
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Proficient interpersonal and email communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills

Compensation

Compensation includes a very competitive wage and full benefits package: 3 weeks paid time off (first full year), health, dental, ST/LT disability and 401(k).
